You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 955win support immediately. The Company will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
The Company may at any time request documents to verify your identity, age, address and payment method. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete or may be closed.

Deposits may be processed in PKR or another supported currency, subject to the cashier configuration at the time of deposit. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined at the time of the transaction. The Company does not guarantee exchange rates.
You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your Account originate from lawful sources and are owned by you. The Company will not accept deposits from third-party accounts or on behalf of another individual. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier. Deposits below the applicable minimum may not be processed and may be returned, subject to the payment provider's policies and applicable fees.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed once your Account has passed KYC verification. All promotional offers made by 955win — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback, loyalty rewards and any other incentive — are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions, which are supplementary to and form part of these Terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that particular promotion.
Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period of the bonus. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
While a bonus is active on your Account, a maximum bet restriction applies per round or per transaction as stated in the individual promotion terms. Exceeding the maximum bet cap while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided and associated winnings being forfeited. The Company reserves the right to enforce this rule retroactively within its audit processes.
Different games contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates or not at all. The Company reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold withdrawals and close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus conditions, or placing bets in a pattern designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as placing opposing bets on the same event with different accounts).
All bets and gaming activity on 955win are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant product or market. For sports betting, the applicable rules cover market settlement, void bet conditions, in-play betting restrictions and related matters. The Company reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at its discretion, including where there is evidence of a system error, pricing error or technical malfunction that resulted in incorrect odds being offered. Bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds — whether the Player knew of the error or not — may be voided. The Company will not be liable for losses arising from technical errors it did not cause deliberately.
The outcome of any settled bet or casino game round is final, subject only to demonstrable technical error. Queries regarding settled results must be raised with customer support within 30 days of settlement. The Company's decision on settlement disputes shall be final, subject to any escalation procedures available under applicable dispute resolution mechanisms.
For Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football and other sports markets — results are settled based on official governing body rulings where applicable. Events abandoned, rescheduled or declared incomplete may result in bets being voided or settled according to the rules published for the relevant sport on the Platform.

Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law-enforcement authorities. The Company reserves the right to withhold funds during the investigation of suspected prohibited conduct.
The Company may suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to pass KYC verification, suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, regulatory requirement, or at the Company's sole discretion where it considers it appropriate to do so.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting 955win customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus amounts and satisfaction of any pending obligations will be returned to you via your last-used verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and processing timeframes.
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a self-exclusion period through their Account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be permitted to deposit, wager or access gaming features. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 955win holds its applicable operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated by the applicable operating licence jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, to the extent those laws apply and cannot be excluded by agreement.
